Pawan Kalyan - The New Brake Dancer

For all those who still doubt on Pawan Kalyan’s dancing abilities, answer is going to be in the form of ‘Gabbar Singh.’ Like Mega Star who never performed big or mind blowing dance moments in his career, it’s the grace and body language which makes audience to go in whistles, even Power Star is to show the magic in same format. The second teaser of ‘Gabbar Singh’ released to media is a strong proof on how director Harish Shankar made Pawan to move his body.

Post ‘Kushi,’ never have we seen Pawan Kalyan performing dances wholeheartedly. However, he openly accepts of being not a good dancer yet a small shake is enough for Fans to take the film’s success sphere to a new high. This is what going to happen in ‘Gabbar Singh’ because neither Pawan nor choreographers could control their temptations for DSP’s mass tunes. 

'Dammu' Weekend Share

Junior NTR’s powerful action entertainer ‘dammu’ directed by Boyapati Srinu is going towards a massive success. With divided reports from all the areas finding no proofs, movie collected a record share of nearly Rs.15 Crores by this weekend. In fact, speculations of ‘dammu’ did not go well with urban centers can also be wiped off because Housefuls are recorded every where for weekend. The verdict is pretty clear and irrespective of logical loop-holes, star charisma of Junior NTR is alone shouldering the burden of evolving ‘dammu’ as a new commercial hit of Tollywood.

No guns for Pawan Kalyan

Powerstar Pawan Kalyan has a fetish for guns and that is evident in most of his films. Puri Jagannadh once jocularly stated that it is easy to convince Pawan Kalyan with a script that allows him to carry a gun. But the very director won the appreciation of Power star with a subject that will not have any guns.

Interestingly Pawan's love for guns was seen for the first time in Puri Jagan's Badri. Even the director has a special love for guns. Almost every Puri has the backdrop of either mafia or police and hence the usage of guns is very high. Puri is making a film titled Devudu Chesina Manushulu in which there won't be any guns and bullets.

Puri's next film with Pawan, Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu also will stay away from guns. Pawan Kalyan plays a powerful journalist role in this film and he uses his brains rather than weapons as Rambabu. Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu is going to be a special film in Pawan's career is what the buzz from industry circles say. If Pawan fans are missing vintage Power star who used to offer novelty with each film, then Rambabu is going to fulfill their dreams! 

ANUSHKA READY TO VIDHYA BALAN’S ROLE

Anushka refused to don the role of Silk Smitha which was donned by Bollywood actress Vidhya Balan in the Hindi film The Dirty Picture. This film was based on the life of the popular late glamour queen Silk Smitha. It was planned to remake this film in all the South Indian languages including Tamil.

When Anushka was approached for call sheet, she refused it. She mentioned that she will act in any other film which has a good story line.

At this juncture the Hindi film Kahaani was a smash hit. This film also had Vidhya Balan in the lead role. The story of this film is about a pregnant woman who comes in search of her missing husband in Kolkata. Anushka had seen this film. She while speaking about this film said, “The role donned by Vidhya Balan is very challenging one.

If anyone comes forward to remake this film in South Indian languages I am ready to don the role which Vidhya Balan did. I will give call sheet at any time.” Now there is a stiff competition among the Tamil and Telugu producers to acquire the remake rights in their respective languages.

Ram Charan’s look in Zanjeer

Ram Charan is right now in Mumbai shooting for his Bollywood debut Zanjeer. Charan is playing the role of a tough cop in this movie. His look from this film is officially not revealed yet. Here is a picture of Charan where he posed for camera on the sets of Zanjeer.

Charan is working out for hours at the gym to suit the role of a cop. Few sections of media are speculating that Charan will appear shirtless in this film. Priyanka Chopra is playing the female lead. DirectorApoorva Lakhia is expecting this film to do well in Bollywood as well as in the southern circuit too.

Zanjeer might release during next summer. Ram Charan will soon return to Hyderabad and start fresh schedule for Vinayak’s film.

Apart from Kamal Haasan, the film also stars Rahul Bose, Pooja Kumar, Andrea Jeremiah and Sekhar Kapoor. The film is reportedly based on the theme of global terrorism.
